Today I was away due to the long-established Sunday walk. I grab a favourite book (for now I have to suffice to my Physiology & Epidemiology books), start walking on a place called "Kej" by the Sava river (part of the Danube river), when I get tired I sit on a bench nearby and start reading. Work your mind & body, even once a day can make a difference. Try it yourself, you'll agree with me :)
