From the 1st of July 2007 (let's note the year for future reference!), the drivers in buses and trams throughout Belgrade must wear a suit (they've loosened the blue coat for now as far as I see). They must also be shaved and generally to have a good appearance while at work, i.e. driving. I bet they'll be fed up with this "law" until the warm days are over.
